What x16 stores, why, and what it never does.

Last updated 23 September 2026

In short

x16 has no accounts, no email sign up and no tracking. It keeps what a launch needs and what the blockchain already makes public, and nothing else.

What is stored

When you sign in with Phantom: your wallet's public address and a session, kept as a hash so the stored value cannot be used to sign in. Your IP address is never stored as it is, only as a keyed hash used against abuse.

When you launch: the coin's name, ticker, picture, links and startup, the wallet that paid and the payment and creation transactions. A launched coin's details are public on its page; the wallet that paid is not shown there, though the blockchain itself records it.

Cookies

One cookie, set only when you sign in, to keep you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies, and nothing is kept in your browser's storage.

Services x16 relies on

Hosting (Vercel), the database and file storage (Supabase), a Solana network provider, PumpPortal to create coins on pump.fun, and Dexscreener, pump.fun and GeckoTerminal for market figures. Phantom is your own wallet and talks to the site only when you approve it.

The blockchain is public

Everything that happens on Solana, including your payment and your coin, is public and permanent. Neither x16 nor anyone else can remove it.
