x16 is a website that creates coins on pump.fun, on Solana, each tagged to a startup from a16z's public portfolio. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

A coin launched here is a memecoin with a label. The label names a startup so the coin can be shown on that startup's page. It gives no shares, no equity, no ownership, no revenue and no claim of any kind on the company, on a16z or on x16.

Not affiliated with a16z or any listed company. Coins are tags only and carry no shares or equity. Company names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the companies.

You choose the name, the ticker, the picture and any links, and you are responsible for them. Do not use a name, picture or link that pretends to be a company, a person or an official coin, that you have no right to use, or that is unlawful or abusive.

The launch fee is 0.25 SOL, shown on the launch page before you pay. A coin exists on chain for good: x16 cannot change or delete it. x16 may stop showing a coin or a startup on its own pages at any time, for example when a company asks.

The launch fee is not refunded once your coin is created. If you paid and the coin could not be created, the fee is kept for a refund by hand to the wallet that paid it. Keep your payment reference.

Coins can lose all of their value. Nothing on x16 is investment, legal or tax advice, and no figure on the site is a promise. Market figures come from third parties and may be late or wrong. You trade on pump.fun under pump.fun's own terms.

You sign every transaction yourself in Phantom. x16 never asks for, holds or sees your private key or seed phrase. Anyone who asks you for one is not x16.

The site is provided as it is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, x16 is not liable for losses from using it, from coins launched through it, or from the networks and services it relies on. These terms may change; the date above says when they last did.
